Can we really sell your real property in 30 Days?
Yes, we can
sell your real property in 30 days but we would rather take up to 90
days if time permits to make sure that we properly research and market
your real estate to obtain True Fair Market Value. The more research
(due diligence) that we conduct on your real property and the more
information that we provide prospective bidders about your property, the
closer we will come to achieving True Fair Market Value on your real
estate.

The more
expensive or unique a property is, the longer it typically takes to sell
your property using ordinary methods. This is due to an often limited
market for these properties. Having a specified date on which you intend
to sell creates a sense of urgency with potential buyers, and helps to
speed up the entire sales process.

practices of advertising an auction as absolute, meaning the property will
sell without reserve, when in reality the auction company and seller have
an agreement to cancel the auction or withdraw the property from the
auction if some predetermined opening bid is not received.

Association, as well as the Certified Auctioneers Institute and Accredited
